Green Tape is a Colorado company which began in April 2009. The office is located in the Denver Tech Center. The company has been established to meet the national demand for Green Tape's offerings based on our 15 years of market research and growing client base from San Diego to Boston.Paul B. Donovan, President and CEO 
Paul has been providing public consulting in this market for almost 20 years. He has led or supported IDENTIFY, CAPTURE, and EXECUTE efforts for more than 50 small high-tech companies with Government R&D or Growth funding [totaling more than $200 million in awards]. Paul is a national expert in programs or contract vehicles such as the SBIR/STTR program(s), Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), NASA, NRAs, Advanced Tech Program ATPs, -NIH-RO1s and UO1s, Prime Contractors and other technology development programs while leading Green Tape’s growth into a national consulting company with Big-5 attributes and multiple locations.
Paul has 25 years of experience in Government contracting and high-tech business in numerous vertical markets, including science and technology markets funded by Federal and State R&D. Through Paul’s historical and current client work efforts, Green Tape has developed 10 service offerings including; Startups to Commercialization, with lead small business Government Funding offerings in Pre-Proposal and Proposal Services and Products, Business Management & Financial Advisory Services and Products, Contracts & Grants Services and Products, Program Management Business Management & Financial Advisory Services and Products and Contracts & Grants Services and Products Program Management and Accounting Services and Products .
Additionally, Paul has worked with over 50 high-tech small businesses including all major Federal agencies. Paul’s work from San Diego to Boston, confirmed the Green Tape market opportunity and development of the Company vision. He is leading sales and marketing at Green Tape and currently oversees the staffing of the client business service teams.
Paul has a B.S. in Economics, has completed MBA Studies and has been cleared to the SECRET level.
Terje Busch, Director - IDENTIFY & CAPTURE Services
Terje has been with Green Tape since inception. Terje has had over 30 years of managerial and technical experience in systems engineering and software development. He is a highly creative, results oriented solutions manager with a proven track record of success in solving complex business and technical problems.
With over 12 years of proposal management consulting experience, Terje is the obvious choice to head up the business development, program management and systems engineering practice. As an experienced leader, he works to secure small to multi-billion dollar proposal awards with executive level management for small businesses, large businesses, and government organizations.
Terje has a SECRET security clearance, an MBA in Operations Research, an MA in International Finance/Economics and a BSEE.
As a lifelong Norwegian, Terje is the life of the party at Green Tape LLC. And when he is not pondering the subtleties of the proposal management, Terje likes to downhill ski, and read poetry by the fireplace while sipping good scotch.
Joseph J. Reichert, Director of Operations
Joe has been with Green Tape LLC from the very beginning. Today he supports Green Tape’s IDENTIFY, CAPTURE & EXECUTE life-cycles offerings and all client service management duties. He is also responsible for developing the training for Green Tape’s Client Services Manager (CSM) program.
His 25 years of combined accounting, financial services and government contracting experience serve him well in this role. He has been a nationally ranked financial services consultant and has worked in the small business market for most of his professional life.
Joe enjoys outdoor sporting activities including golf, skiing, hiking and bike tours. After work he likes to unwind with live music, especially at a good country dance hall. He also plays guitar with his favorite tunes coming from the worlds of country, jazz, classical and rock. Joe also has a 16 year old daughter who loves both science and drama. As a result, he loves attending her plays and helping her through the “Age of Adventure”.
Joe has a B.S. and MBA in Finance, and has been Securities Licensed.
Bradley Driver, Business Management & Financial Advisory/Accounting Services Manager
Brad has been with Green Tape since the founding of the Company. He has a broad base of experience in corporate and Big Four public accounting, including government contracting with both Defense Contracting Auditing Agency (DCAA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) audits.
Brad has significant experience in managing all company accounting and financial functions including government approved accounting installations; including proposal, accounting system and incurred cost audits. He has also done Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) financial reporting, management reporting and financial analysis for both small and large companies. Brad also has experience in forming and supporting small business startups.
Brad has a B.S in Accounting and is a Colorado CPA.
Outside of work Brad’s interests surround supporting 3 kids going to college (almost done), his golf game, aerobic fitness training, and entertaining his demanding Golden Retriever.
